Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone or in person. Online bookings are confirmed immediately. Please arrive a few minutes early so your session can start on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact the studio as early as possible so we can offer the time to another client. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Health & safety

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Please let your therapist know about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or pregnancy before your session so we can adjust your treatment safely. We reserve the right to decline service when a session would be unsafe.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your phone number when booking, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Deep Relief Massage, such as confirmations and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your bookings.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact the studio directly. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice.
